1. About these terms

These terms explain how this website may be used, how product enquiries are handled and the general basis on which BIONIQ LAB LIMITED may provide a quotation or supply a product through the Bionic Beauty Tech website.

Additional terms may be supplied with a quotation. If there is a conflict, the written quotation and order-specific terms take priority for that order.

3. Website purpose

The website provides general business information, a product catalogue and enquiry facilities. It is not an online checkout. Selecting Enquire Now, submitting a form or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not place an order, reserve stock or create an obligation to pay.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to present product names and images accurately. Images may be illustrative, and packaging, colour, accessories or specifications may change. Customers must review the model and specification stated in the written quotation before accepting it.

Third-party product claims remain subject to the manufacturer’s evidence, instructions and intended purpose. We do not adopt or extend a manufacturer’s claim unless we expressly state this in writing.

5. Quotations

A quotation will state its validity period and the information relevant to the proposed supply. Unless the quotation says otherwise, it is not an offer that remains open indefinitely. Availability may change before acceptance.

Before a consumer order is concluded, we will provide the required information about the product, total price, taxes, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and applicable contract terms in a format the customer can save.

6. Orders and contract formation

An order is formed only when:

  1. the customer accepts the quotation using the stated process;
  2. any identity, payment or delivery verification we reasonably require is completed; and
  3. we issue written confirmation that the order has been accepted.

We may decline an enquiry or order where a product is unavailable, information cannot be verified, delivery is not possible, payment is not authorised, or the request raises legal, safety or compliance concerns.

7. Prices and payment

The payable amount is the amount stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. It will explain whether taxes and delivery are included. Any additional service or optional charge must be agreed before it is added.

Available payment methods are confirmed in the written quotation. Customers must use only the payment instructions supplied through our confirmed business contact channel.

8. Delivery

The available delivery method, charge and estimated timescale will be stated before an order is placed. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of order acceptance. Other delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. Customers must provide an accurate, accessible delivery address and notify us promptly of any error.

9. Consumer cancellation and returns

Where a customer buys as a consumer at a distance, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights will be explained before the order is placed and confirmed in a durable format. Any lawful exception will be identified where relevant. Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights.

Unless we tell you otherwise before you order, a consumer who buys by email or telephone has 14 days from the day the goods are received to cancel without giving a reason, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return. Sealed skincare or hygiene items that are unsealed after delivery may be exempt. If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, the consumer has a 30-day right to reject and further rights to repair, replacement or refund.

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be supplied with the order information. Do not return a product without following the stated process, particularly where a battery, electrical fault or safety concern is involved.

10. Business customers

Business quotations may include order-specific terms covering payment, delivery, risk, title, inspection, returns and warranties. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.

11. Product use and safety

Products must be used only for their manufacturer-stated purpose and in accordance with all instructions and warnings. Customers are responsible for checking suitability and obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.

We do not provide emergency care, diagnosis, prescribing or medical treatment. No website statement should be treated as a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

We supply only products that, as far as we can verify, carry the conformity marking required for sale in Great Britain (UKCA or CE, as applicable), safety instructions in English and the manufacturer’s or importer’s details. If you report a safety concern, we will investigate it and, where required, notify the manufacturer and the relevant authorities.

Old electrical equipment: when you buy a new electrical item from us, you can return an equivalent old item to us for recycling free of charge. Contact us for the return address and instructions. Do not dispose of electrical items in household waste.

12. Warranties and faults

Applicable seller obligations and any manufacturer warranty will be explained with the order information. A manufacturer warranty is provided by the named manufacturer and may be subject to separate conditions. Statutory rights are not affected.

13. Intellectual property

The website layout and original text created for Bionic Beauty Tech may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party names, trademarks, product images and materials belong to their respective owners.

We may update, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for information and do not mean that we control or endorse those websites.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that restriction, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, unauthorised alteration, or reliance on general website information as medical advice.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, website or legal obligations. The date at the top identifies the version currently published. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer may also have mandatory rights in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
