Providing your name, email address and enquiry details is necessary for us to respond. If you do not provide them, we cannot respond to your enquiry or prepare a quotation. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

If you report a product concern, you may choose to tell us about health information. We use it only to handle the concern, meet product-safety obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(f)), or with your explicit consent.

Where a business contact’s details are given to us by their employer or a colleague, we receive them from that organisation.

Retention periods vary according to the type of record. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only while they remain relevant to the request and ordinary business administration. Customer, order, accounting, complaint and product-support records may be kept for longer where this is necessary to meet legal obligations, establish transaction history, manage warranties or resolve disputes. Marketing information is retained until consent is withdrawn, the information is no longer required or continued contact is no longer appropriate.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information. To prevent misuse, our enquiry form keeps a one-way hashed version of your IP address on our server for a short period, used only to limit repeated submissions. No internet service is completely secure, so customers should not send sensitive financial or medical information through the enquiry form.
